Cricket's finest fielder Jonty Rhodes is likely to be of the contestant in the upcoming reality show Big Boss 5”.
According to sources, the participation of the South African is confirmed.
“His entry in the show is confirmed. Jonty has some business designs in India so he thought it was a lovely suggestion to be on a reality show here & connect with the people, says a source close to Jonty said. Jonty also wondered if he could join Bollywood in sometime in future. India is being the best place for publicity for forgotten celebrities these days.

Jonty, who is now in India as the fielding coach of IPL team Mumbai Indians who's captain is Sachin Tendulkar, said he desired to try out his hand at the Indian version of the reality show with many other beauties in the show.
Speaking to a every day, Jonty hinted, saying. I have seen the occasional episode of `Big Boss`, & have also seen `Big Brother`, in different countries around the world. Would love to try my hands at the Indian version of the show, though. He said he likes reality shows and its like a dream come tru for him by being a part of this show. He was thrilled when he got to know that Shilpa Shetty won the Internataional Big Brother show.
However, he refrained from giving out any details about his probable stint, but said the show will help him understand Indian culture much better. He is love with India, indian people, indian food, etc.I have been coming back to India on regular occasions since 1993, & have not been able to learn much Hindi or any other language; how to do Yoga; dance or cook a quantity of the delicious Indian dishes, so I hope being on the show will put me in an surroundings where I can cover a quantity of those skills!
Rhodes has cricket commitments scheduled until mid-October, so the period of his appearance in `Big Boss 5` has not yet been confirmed by any authorities. "I have cricket coaching commitments until mid-October, so am not sure when they would be able to slot me in to the show,he said.
Jonty is not the only foreigner rumoured to be the inmate in Big Boss 5. Colombian singing sensation Shakira, , has confirmed her participation in the show. Boxer Mike Tyson, who was last seen in The Hangover two, is also reportedly going to be part of the show. Kites lead actor Barbara Mori is also rumoured to be sharing the house with Jonty Rhodes. Jennifer Aniston is also rumoured to be in Big Boss 5. I am having a hard time believing anything about the show. As I hardly believe anything in it.
Eagerly waiting for some more spice and masala in Big Boss 5…
